Because our products are fresh and made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a clear photo of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the issue.

3. Cancellations & Modifications
  • Orders may only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement.
  • Once an order is in processing, it cannot be changed.
4. Subscription Orders

If you have a subscription, you may pause or cancel your plan anytime before your next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for processed subscription orders.
